15 years of practice across Zen, Vipassana, and Tibetan traditions. Trained at Plum Village with Thich Nhat Hanh.

Yoga Nidra & Sound
Former musician turned healing artist. Studied Nada Yoga in Rishikesh and sound therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
